My name is Fatou Mbacké Diallo. Before coding, I taught. Before advising, I built. It's this unusual background that shapes my approach — and what allows me to be useful where others stop halfway.
DADI TECH's mission
Digital transformation that is ethical and inclusive.
DADI TECH was born from a simple observation: too many organisations, SMEs, local authorities, French-speaking African actors, don't have access to digital consulting that is expert, honest and capable of going all the way to execution.
Consultancies deliver reports. Agencies wait for a brief. DADI TECH does both, and follows through.
With AKOS, I support digital projects from scoping all the way to development. With KEDIBA, I put AI in the hands of field auditors to give them back their time.

Several years in the field with healthcare professionals. A school of rigour, listening and persuasion: understanding an interlocutor, adapting your message, building lasting relationships of trust. The commercial and human foundations on which everything else was built.
Recruitment, team structuring and fundraising mission coordination within NGOs. An experience that builds a rare understanding of resource-constrained organisations: limited means, high impact expected, permanent urgency. Exactly the context where tools must be simple, robust and adopted fast.
Home services for seniors. First complete end-to-end experience: sales, admin, finance, operations. Running a real organisation, not theoretically.
Five years teaching in secondary school. This period built a rare understanding of organisations, their constraints and their audiences — and the ability to simplify without oversimplifying. Listen before you build.
